Short Run Prototype System printing is just another service that Creative Labels of Vermont offers to our customers. This process offers small and large format color graphics printed onto pressure sensitive vinyls, such as HP cast, reflective, fluorescent, metallic, translucent, and many more. In addition, the thermal short run process prints onto specialty films, including static cling, Lexan', polyester, brushed silver or gold, and many other specialty films. 

Think of short run printing for numerous projects. Prototyping and mock-ups are one great use of this process. This allows you to let your creativity move forward towards deciding which creative direction to take. 

Short run also produces signage for interior or exterior applications, in addition to industrial, safety and vehicle markings that are not only highly durable and weather resistant, but are also UV stable. This system does not use paper, but instead vinyls and polyesters. This is not an inexpensive process, because of material costs. Quality is down due to 80 dpi output and registration challenges such as multiple pass through. The system is best used for display signs. 

Reduce inventory spoilage and obsolescence through product identification. As the minimum order quantity is ONE, customization for small quantities are both practical and affordable for ad specialties and Point-of-Purchase displays. Short run also is designed for automatic numbering or variable text labels, decals, or permits. 

Limitations: 11" high is maximum print area. Larger graphics must be placed together in tile sections. 
Colors of both foil and vinyl are specialty colors and are not intended to match Printing's PMS System. 

The base materials which are non adhesive cannot be cut to special shapes, some can be scored and broke apart.
