| Improper storing
of labels |
Avoid hot, humid or damp conditions. Such conditions can affect the adhesive qualities of the labels. Using our inventory control system can help prevent problems. |
| Packaging changes | Sometimes companies change their packaging suppliers and fail to tell their label makers of the change. The surfaces and material used may have changed which will affect the performance of the label. |
| Testing of adhesives | You should test samples of the adhesive and material in actual conditions and product cycling to determine whether it will stand up. Our experts will guide you utilizing their years of industry knowledge. |
| Production Speeds | Should your production equipment change, it could affect the labeling process. If you increase production line speed, the application of the label will be affected. Your labels need to be on liners that are engineered to handle the new tolerances to avoid web breakage. |
| Graphic Design | While most designs can be reproduced with no problem, there are occassions that make the design impractical in label production. Please consult the prepress department for any out of the ordinary designs or if you are looking for more cost effective measures. |
| Color Separations | While most seps are sent on disc prior to outputting, most extra costs are avoided on compatibility issues. But, if you make color seps before checking with us compatibility issues though unlikely could arise. |
