I.C.S. is an inventory control system developed to simplify the inventorying process, and thus, providing detailed and accurate reports of your monthly inventory levels.

Each shipping carton is labeled with an "Outer Box Inventory Label" specifying date, purchase order number, part number, description, quantity of labels per roll, quantity of rolls per carton, and total quantity of labels per carton.

Each cell is labeled with the "Outer Roll Part # Label" to identify the part number. Finally, the "Inner Core Label" is adhered to the corrugated core of each roll. Similar to the Outer Box Inventory Label, it maintains the purchase order, part number, quantity of labels per roll, Creative Labels of Vermont's job number, date of inspection, and Inspectors' initials. All of these labels are clearly readable, as well as bar coded, for convenience.

Using the PT-2000, a hand held bar code scanner, we physically inventory your label stock. After all scanning is completed, the information is uploaded to Intellitrack, a PC-based software package that interprets the data and complies an accurate and detailed report of your inventory levels.

Additionally, a catalog of all your labels is made, in duplicate, and maintained at both Creative Labels of Vermont and your site. This catalog contains samples of all current labels along with their corresponding part numbers.
